HIKE YOGA NOURISH RELAX

This retreat is meant to disconnect in the beautiful outdoors of Southern Spain. To move and to feel good. To witness some stunning views from mountain trails. To wind down with some light yoga sessions. Then to be rewarded with some family-style delicious meals, to converse under the stars and relax with some fellow hikers after a day of activity. To have fun! It is short enough for a weekend getaway from the stress of everyday life, but long enough to come back energized, ready to tackle the next. This is not a fully-filled weekend of group chat sessions and workshop activities... it is a “light agenda” to allow you to appreciate the outdoors a bit, move and feel good, socialize with other guests, but we want you to also be able to chill, relax and enjoy some ‘me time’ back at the Finca.

Accommodation:
The Wild Olive is a small, family run rural hotel, immersed in nature, a perfect atmosphere for a reset. It is a bit rustic and wild–completely off the grid. However, we are only a short 15-minute drive from the coast. We are completely powered by solar energy, an eco-friendly accommodation.
All rooms are for 2 people (2 single beds)
Bathrooms are shared

FOOD

The Wild Olive has a massive vegetable garden. All dishes are prepared with as many of the garden’s seasonal product as possible. You can expect flavorful, fun dishes. We do serve animal products but if you are vegetarian, you can definitely count on filling options. We also believe in having a good time, so we will serve you a glass or 2 of Spanish wine with your dinner. The water is natural from our well and is safe and delicious to drink. No need to bring bulky one-use plastic bottles.

No matter your size, age, background, we welcome you to enjoy this weekend! The hikes we do may be challenging to some, but that’s why you'll feel amazing afterwards. As a group, we will take it slow on the hard parts, if needed. Although you are welcome to take-on a challenge, we do recommend actually liking the outdoors and walking before you reserve. We will be trekking through the natural park trails, scrambling over boulders and working up a sweat. Come solo, with a friend, family member or partner.
Investment:
300 EUR per person total
This includes accommodation, meals, guided hikes and yoga sessions
A 150 EUR deposit is required to confirm your spot at the time of reserving. You are free to change your mind / cancel up to 14 days before arrival.

Language: As your hosts, we will speak mostly English. If you are Spanish, you can practice your English and we can practice our Spanish! Yoga lessons will be a mix of Spanish / English. Will, your co-host also speaks Dutch.

Safety: We follow the Spanish government's COVID-19 safety protocols as we want everyone to have a safe and fun weekend. Hosts maintain social distancing from guests whenever possible.
